Patricia Collins - Principal

Patricia established Safeguard Intelligence Group in 2010.  After serving more than fourteen years in various research and management positions at two global New York City based investigative firms, she decided to move back to the Philadelphia area, where she originally started her professional career.  Patricia has over sixteen years of investigative experience in an array of investigative and intelligence services.

Previously working for two global investigative firms gave Patricia the great honor to work on the World Trade Center case after the 9/11 attacks on our country.  The company she worked for at the time, Decision Strategies, now owned by Andrews International, was hired by the city of New York to oversee the site and all that involved.  Whether it was hiring subcontractors, conducting background checks, removing debris, conducting forensic investigations to keeping a log of what was found, etc., "we handled it. In a time when the country felt helpless, it truly was an honor to help in any way possible."

Her years of investigative experience have allowed Patricia to work together and grow relationships with a deep network of senior professionals and contacts throughout the world.  Because of those relationships, Safeguard Intelligence Group is positioned to conduct investigations around the world in any region.
